Terri Schroeder joined Shepherd in 2008. She focuses on market research and data modeling. Additionally, Terri works with entrepreneurs and economic development agencies throughout Michigan on "Economic Gardening" projects, where she provides relevant market research and customer data to growing companies in these communities. 

She also serves as a Certified Market Research Specialist on the National Economic Gardening Team managed by the Edward Lowe Foundation.

Before joining Shepherd Advisors, Terri worked with the Environmental Law and Policy Center researching the financial, social, and environmental implications of alternative energy and clean technology policy in the Midwest. Additionally, Terri was in Ford Motor Company's Marketing Leadership Program, working with the Mariner Hybrid marketing strategy.

Prior to graduate school, Terri worked at Jenner & Block, an AmLaw 100 firm headquartered in Chicago, where she led many initiatives to enhance the firm's client service and business development activities. Additionally, Terri served as an AmeriCorps member at City Year Detroit.
