A recent article was a great overview of activities in West Michigan that support renewable energy equipment manufacturing, including innovative wind turbines, solar PV systems, component manufacturing for wind turbines, and conversion of waste into biomass fuel.
The Grand Rapids Press published the article on March 15, 2009 entitled "Wind is at the back of West Michigan's fledgling renewable energy industry".
