Shepherd Advisors has announced the addition of Steve Craig to its clean energy utility practice. Craig's background reflects a combination of strategic planning, market research and competitive intelligence, data and systems analysis, marketing operations and project management. He has spent the last year working with a major electric utility in the Pacific Northwest helping to transform its voluntary customer renewable energy programs. Craig was responsible for assessing performance against industry best practices and making strategic and tactical recommendations to narrow the gap between the utility's current position and its potential.
